mga bok,

for information of OCC Cl 21-01 members, Lt Lingutan is scheduled for operation on his fracture mandibul, now he is asking what benefits/assistance he could get from OCC Cl 21-01 class fund?

May i know the status of our Class By Laws? During class meeting last july 2008, it was already signed by almost half of the class, because, if it is already signed by the majority, now is the time to serve its purpose.

To the officers, please act on this matter!

Godbless,

Bok, Article VI,para 6B of our By-Laws stipulates that Ling is entitled to financial assistance "equivalent to the actual hospitalization and/or medical expenses but shall not exceed the amount equivalent to Php 10,000.00"
I think you're right, it's time we put the class fund to good use to assist one of our own. Kahit di pa nakapirma yung iba dahil malayo, I think more than majority of the class is agreeable with the By-Laws, snappy naman pagkagawa. Recom that appropriate assistance be given to Lt Lingutan.

good day mga bok,

I dont have any comment with regards to the case of LT LINGGUTAN it seems he is qualified to avail the benefit under ARTICLE VI, para 6B of our existing BY-LAWS. However, try to review the provisions under para 7B of ARTICLE VI "injury as a result of accident while in the performance his/her official duty, I think there are some technicalities stated therein. RODNIE try to make arrangements with LT LINGGUTAN to support and justify his claims. In this line we could serve well the purpose of the BY-LAWS and avoid some critiques. If u happened to make some actions with these try to post the result.thanks......(pls post CP nbr of Roldan)

Greetings with pleasure mga bok,

Well, in d case of regnar, though he has been recuperating 3yrs ago & up to now. Yet we effect the BY-LAWS informally (majority conforme naman)in the middle of this year. Regnar should also be entitled to receive financial assistance.I guess everybody will be considerate.

By the way rodnie try to make coordinations with gamueta, bayani and audal to facilitate their signature for withdrawal. The passbook is with Malu. But before that if there still time may we hear first the side of the others.
